Return and Exchange Policy:

Thank you for shopping with us at Indi Pups. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully.
1. Refunds:
- Refunds will only be issued for items received in a broken or faulty condition.
- Change of mind purchases or incorrect sizes are not eligible for refunds.
2. Exchanges:
- Direct exchanges are not provided.
- Exchanges will be issued in the form of a store credit, minus a postage fee of $10 for standard or $12.50 for express post.
- Bandanas, bowties, and sailor bows are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
3. Exchange Process:
- To initiate an exchange, the customer must return the item within 7 days of receiving it, accompanied by the completed returns form.
- The returned item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- The customer is responsible for the return postage cost with a tracked service.
4. Credit Note Issuance:
- Once we receive the returned item, please allow 2-7 business days for processing.
- The store credit will be issued to the customer via email.
5. Responsibility for Lost Parcels:
- We are not responsible for lost parcels during the return shipment. Ensure to use a tracked service for added security.
6. Exceptions:
- Bandanas, bowties, and sailor bows are final sale items and cannot be exchanged or returned.
