13. **International Import Taxes**
Some countries are subject to customs and import duties/ taxes. We are not liable for any additional charges made by your local tax office or governing body. All customs and import duties, fees and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer and will not be reimbursed by Indi Pups under any circumstances.By law we are required to declare all items at their full retail value and will do so when preparing customs invoices and related forms. No alterations will be made to invoices to decrease customs duties and import taxes incurred by the customer.
In the case of a returned order where customs duties and import taxes have been refused by the buyer, Indi Pups will only provide a refund once the goods have returned to us. Returned packages are sent via economy mail and may take months to be received. Indi Pups has no obligation to refund items that have not been received by us. The buyer shall only receive a 60% refund for the cost of the goods (excluding shipping and handling expenses) once the items have been returned in their original condition.
When you use the Web Site or mobile applications, you may not:
- as a company place items in shopping cart repeatedly under an alias name and email address and abandon them as a means to compile or verify information.
